The ConvertIP Series delivers compact, fanless SMPTE ST 2110 and IPMX encode/decode in a range of I/O and network configurations designed to bridge professional signal formats — HDMI, 12G-SDI, and HDBaseT — with IP media networks. Eight distinct models span single-port 1GbE through to dual-port 10/25GbE SFP28 connectivity, accommodating installations from small enterprise AV rooms to large broadcast facilities with strict latency requirements. All models produce JPEG XS-compressed ST 2110 streams with latency as low as 1 millisecond on the higher-speed variants.

The HDMI variants (SRH, DRH, DSH) accept standard HDMI sources from PCs, cameras, and AV equipment, while the SDI variants (SRS, DRS, DSS-2) connect directly to broadcast SDI infrastructure at 12G-SDI rates. The HDBaseT model (SRST) provides additional flexibility for installations where HDBaseT cabling is already in place. An SDM variant integrates with SDM-compatible host systems. All ConvertIP units are interoperable with IPMX-capable devices and compatible with existing SMPTE ST 2110 network infrastructure.

ST 2110 and IPMX Compliance

All ConvertIP models produce standards-compliant SMPTE ST 2110 and IPMX streams, ensuring interoperability with compatible encoders, decoders, routers, and monitoring equipment.

As Low as 1 ms Latency

Higher-speed 10/25GbE variants achieve end-to-end latency as low as 1 millisecond with JPEG XS compression, meeting the requirements of live production and interactive contribution workflows.

HDMI, SDI, and HDBaseT I/O

Eight models cover HDMI 2.0, 12G-SDI, and HDBaseT input formats, allowing ConvertIP units to bridge virtually any professional signal source into an IP media network.

Compact Fanless Form Factor
