KMLync

The Matrox KMLync is a compact USB keyboard and mouse switch designed to complement Matrox Extio N3 and Avio N2150 IP KVM extender deployments. It allows a single set of USB keyboard and mouse peripherals to control up to four workstations in a multi-system environment, with switching achieved through a simple hotkey or hardware button rather than multiple peripheral sets. The KMLync requires no driver installation and connects via standard USB, operating transparently alongside the connected KVM extenders.

In facilities where operators manage several workstations — such as broadcast control rooms, trading floors, or security operations centres — the KMLync removes the clutter of multiple keyboard and mouse sets at the operator desk. Because it works at the USB level rather than the video level, it functions alongside any connected display arrangement managed by the Extio or Avio extender. The plug-and-play design ensures no configuration is required after physical installation.
